2. Definitions

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires :-

(a) "Act" means the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) ;

(b) "Central Government" means the department of Company Affairs of the Central Government for the time being in charge of the administration of the Act ;

(c) "Form" means a form annexed to these rules

(d) "Punjab National Bank" includes its branches.
